This assignment will require you to complete and upload two documents, Articles of Incorporation, and Corporate Bylaws.
First, go back to the “Getting Started Exercise” and review questions 1 through 13 that you completed for Assignment # 2. Next for the hypothetical business that you have created through answering the foregoing questions, complete Articles of Incorporation. Go to the Colorado Secretary of State website to locate the Articles of Incorporation.
Don’t file or submit the Articles of Incorporation through the State of Colorado Website. Rather, fill in the Articles of Incorporation from the Secretary of State’s website, copy the Colorado Articles of Incorporation, and submit the copy in the D2L Drop Box under Assignment # 4. Next, what type of Bylaws will you employ for your Corporation (Inc.)?
Using Lexis Nexis or the internet, research and find a form for the Bylaws, fill in the blanks in the form Bylaws to fit your company’s particular circumstances. Next, upload the completed Bylaws with all the provisions you decided to employ so as to govern the relations of the shareholders and officers of the corporation.
